祖師ヶ谷大蔵で1961年からお店を営んでいるキッチンマカべさん
ポークジンジャーを注文。
生姜がしっかり効いたソースがお肉に染みており、ご飯がどんどん進む味付けです。
付け合わせのサラダもジンジャーソースが染みており、これまた美味でございます。
地元の年配の方に長く愛されているお店に訪問できて、お腹も心も大満足のランチでした。
