祖師ヶ谷大蔵に店を構える『大勝軒』さん。
売り切れると営業時間前に閉めてしまう
人気の町中華で店主さんがワンオペで
手際よく調理をしているのが印象的。
前回は営業終了で入店できなかったので
今回リベンジ戦でやっと食べれました。
〜注文内容〜
◉チャーハン 650円
◉ミニ唐揚げ 500円
チャーハンはお椀型に綺麗に盛られた
最高のビジュアルで具材は焼豚、蒲鉾、
玉子、ネギなどオーソドックスな構成。
しっとりした炒め加減で焦がし醤油の
香ばしさとはっきりとした味付けで
非常に僕好みのチャーハンだった。
そして大勝軒さんの名物の唐揚げは
カラッと揚がったビックサイズな唐揚げ。
ジューシーで味がしっかり入っているので
チャーハンとの組み合わせはナイスだった。
忙しそうだったけど仕事はしっかり丁寧で
多分ここは何食べても美味しいんだろうな。
次はつけそばを食べよう。
