麻婆麺+半チャーハンセット。
在庫整理シリーズ。
とある日、ここいらに用事があり、相方と昼飯を食べるべくお邪魔した。
ランチ難民になりかけていたのだが、仕事の兼ね合いで何度か此方のお店を訪れていた自分が「麻婆麺でも食べようか」と誘ったのだ。
麻婆麺。それは自分と相方に共通する大好物である。
ラーメンの種類としてではなく、麻婆豆腐そのものでもなく「麻婆麺」を1つの食べ物として好きなのである。
それこそ町中華や大陸系中華店では、定番メニューとして大体あるメニュー。が、脚光を浴びることはないメニューだ。
この日訪れたお店も、言葉を選ばずに云うならば、特別に何かがある訳でもないお店。
たまたま店頭の日替わりランチで「麻婆麺と半チャーハンセット」が750円とあったのだ。
これが「チャーシュー麺と半チャーハン」ならば誘わない。
若干遅めなランチだったので、店内はお一人様が2組み程。
大陸系のスタッフの会話の方が目立つが、注文した麻婆麺はやはり美味しかった。
麻婆にしては緩めな餡に、たっぷりなスープ。それに似合う細麺がよく絡む。
ベーシックな麻婆麺だ。美味しい。
基本的な旨味は鶏ガラだろう。チャーハンだって基本ラードか鶏ガラで旨味を付けているのだろうし、合うのは必須だ。
麻婆豆腐はとても人気があるメニューなのに、麻婆麺はそうでもない。
しかし自分が最近思い知ったのは、麻婆豆腐はご飯より麺の方が合うんだと云う事。
麻婆豆腐とご飯を食べるなら、麻婆豆腐とラーメンを食べたい。
でもやっぱり麻婆麺+半チャーハンは食べ過ぎた。
