祖師ヶ谷大蔵：51年続くのれん会中華でちょっと一杯
ウルトラマン商店街で前々から気になってたここ新京、
地元民に2軒目で連れてきてもらった。
「新京」は「大勝軒」、「代一元」、「大むら」同様
町中華のれん会のひとつである。
上北沢の店には行ったことがあるが、他は未訪。
今回訪れて分かったのは、総本山は中野の店だったということ。
残念ながら、閉店してしまったらしい。

他に今残ってるのは
東長崎、荻窪、西大井、矢口渡、
町田、白楽、朝霞、龍ヶ崎
のようである。
ここは51年目だよと
おじさんとおばさんが口揃えて云ってた。
日本酒（400円）ぬる燗、いいちこ水割り（350円）
で乾杯♪
無料のお通しがザーサイと糠漬け2つ。
地元民お勧めの
春巻（300円）と
山菜炒めとはなんぞや？と
山菜炒め単品（700円）
を注文。
ザーサイがいい塩抜きで美味い。
糠漬けもいい味。
春巻はきちんとしっかり味がつき
そのままで大丈夫。
山菜炒めは、
普通のニンニクの茎炒めであった(笑)
地元民がいいちこもう一杯おかわりして
いい気分。

今は昼は一旦14時半に閉めてるとか。
名物の春巻きを美味しくいただきいい気分。
