祖師ヶ谷大蔵、商店街の中で見つけたこちらの中華飯店。縦長、そんなに席数は大きくない。おしぼりが凍ってた。
ランチタイムに訪問。ランチメニューもあるようですが、注文したのは「ラーメン」(税込540円)。注文待ちしていたのは自分のみでしたが、提供までに10分近くかかったかな。
王道の醤油ラーメンって感じの見た目。香りもそんな感じですね。スープを一口。味はやや濃いめですが、後に残る感じで合はありません。生姜がほんのり効いています。スープの味は美味しいですね。ただ、麺がちょっと柔らかいかなって。
麺がもっと美味しくなればいいな～。
