コロナ禍でテレワークな頃の話
昼食は地元の中華に。
商店街の活気のある場所の中華に。
まず店の素晴らしいのが「年季は入っているが清潔感が素晴らしい」という点。
で、酢豚ならぬ酢肉団子ランチをチョイス（Aランチ）
待つこと暫し、ご本尊登場。
玉ねぎが絶妙な火の通り具合。シャキシャキが嬉しい。
米も安定。まあ、周辺の中華は「ボリューム勝負」なので量はアッサリ。
午後の活力注入！！
喫煙OKなので、、、、そこだけね

汁が香辛料が効いている（八角か？）。
変化球が嬉しい。
もう少し量は欲しいかな。
