狛江のユニディーへ買い物に行った帰りに見つけて寄ってみました
お店は居酒屋さん風でカウンターの中にはばあちゃんが一人です
注文は「ポークソテー定食（並）」です
ばあちゃんは冷蔵庫から肉を取りだし、下味をつけフライパンでじっくり焼きます
丁度焼けた頃にフライパンへソースや醤油などをかけ、肉に絡め再び和えます
肉にソースがよく絡まったらまな板へ移し、食べやすい大きさにカットします
キャベツが盛られた皿に移し替え、レモンを添えて完成です
お味は作業通りの味わい…
ソースと醤油に、少しのケチャップを足した家庭的な味で
夏休みの合間に遊びに行ったばあちゃんちの夕食のような感じでした
