ノーマルの坦々麺がレベル0
結構辛い紅坦々麺がレベル1
なので、普通のラーメン屋なら激辛レベル相当です
汗が吹き出る辛さと痺れ
蒙古タンメン中本に慣れている方なら余裕かな？
辛さ痺れスパイスの中にちゃんと美味しさも感じます
挽肉とキクラゲとピーナッツも良い感じ
癖になる刺激ではありますね

山椒は内臓が温まるので良いd(≧▽≦*)
と言っても暑いので冷やしに❗️
夏限定の豆乳冷やし坦々麺‼️
ランチサービス価格の麻婆飯も
麺もしっかり冷やされて出てきます
よく混ぜて
豆乳の円やかさとほど良い辛さ痺れ
個人的には物足りないのでテーブルにある花椒と青山椒を足します
これでなかなか良い感じ
麻婆飯はデフォルトで結構山椒効いてるのでそのまま
麻婆飯は安定した美味さ
冷やし豆乳坦々麺のスープはごくごく飲めちゃう美味さ
ナッツ類も挽肉も多め
