祖師ヶ谷大蔵駅近くにある、お好み焼き専門店。なんかの建物の階段を上がって2階。カウンタ席を中心とし、テーブル席もありますが、カウンタ席の目の前に鉄板が置かれており、お店の人が焼いてくれるスタイルなので、カウンタ席にいれば料理が冷めることはないという点でカウンタ席の方がいい、そんなところ。
常連さんが多い印象。なもんで、店内はスタッフも含めて賑やか。だけど、スタッフの対応は悪くないし、居合わせるお客さんも特にマナーが悪いということはないので問題なし。
こちらのお店は、広島焼きを提供しています。注文したのは、トンペー焼き800円、お好み焼きうどん入り900円、山芋トロトロ焼き600円、スジポン500円、あんこ巻き400円、生中580円、ホッピー480円、中300円、ソフトドリンク。
料理のボリュームを考えると、値段は適正かな、メインであるお好み焼きも、うどんが入っているので、その点で見た目よりもボリュームはあったかなと。
生地が薄い。そして、鉄板の上に置かれているという性質上、提供直後より、じかんがけいかするほど、生地がパリッというか、そんな感じで美味しくなっていく。お好み焼きにうどん。これも広島ならではですが、どちらかというと東京に出ている広島焼きは焼きそば麺ですよね。うどんだと、食感柔らかい影響からか、普通にお好み焼き。いや、それよりも柔らかい歯応えがあるので、食感に優しさが生まれているというか。お好み焼きの味を邪魔せず、ボリュームを生む、そんな印象。ってか、丁寧に作られている広島焼き、美味い。
トンペー焼きも山芋トロトロ焼きも丁寧な仕上がり。山芋トロトロ焼きは、トロトロというか、凄いふんわりとしています。で、見た目が綺麗。
スジポンは、お皿に盛り付けるだけのスピードメニュー。スジの色が美しい。見た目とは裏腹に脂っぽさがなく、ポン酢の酸味がちょうど良い。
