祖師谷に広島のお好み焼きのお店があって、お好み焼きだけでなく、定番から旬の食材まで鉄板焼きを楽しめると聞き、ずっと行ってみたかったお店でした。ご近所飲み仲間に連れて行ってもらいました
駅近なんだけど、改札からの通路を出て左に曲がり、すぐある細い道を左に入ります。メインの道からほんの少し外れているだけで、気がつかないものですね。他の通りと少し違う庶民的なお店がたくさんありました
お店は2階にあり、すぐに鉄板のあるカウンター、奥にテーブル席があって家族連れで賑わっていました。行く前に連絡をした時は満席でしたが、第一陣が帰り始めたのでカウンターに座れました。17:30オープンで、私たちが行ったのは19時頃です
メニューは友人にお任せで、

豚バラとイカ入りのお好み焼き
広島菜がピリ辛で、辛いもの好きな私の好みど真ん中でした。牡蠣はバター醤油。これは私が家で作るものと同じです。鉄板はそれ程熱くはないようで、結構時間がかかりました。白子は焼いて途中パン粉をかけて、最後に塩を振って提供されました。パン粉必要だったかな？揚げ物風を期待してしまい、サクサク感がなくてちょっと残念。鶏モモは鉄板で焼いたら美味しいよね！ただこれもシンプルすぎる味付けでした。
お好み焼きは小麦粉と卵を水で溶いた（多分）生地を薄く丸く作った上に具材を乗せるスタイル。かなりじっくり焼きます。最後に双子の卵が乗って完成！オタフクソースで頂きます
期待値が高かったため、思いの外普通でした。ワインの掛け率は市販価格の倍だったので、良心的だと思います
