喜多見駅の前のちらほらお店が並ぶところが商店街と位置付けるのであれば、そこ1番端に存在している焼鳥をメインに提供するお店。知人の紹介でやってきました。
平日の夜8時頃。店内そこそこの賑わい。けど、週末とかは賑わうようで、人手不足だと言っていました。
焼鳥おまかせ5本盛り合わせは680円だったかな。秋の焼鳥祭りと称して、サイコロを2個振って合計10以上ならば半額になるというゲーム性もなかなか面白い。ってか、個人のお店でそういうサービスあるのが珍しい。
全然10にならない数値で正規の値段・・・と思いきや、うずらの卵の串焼きをサービスしてくれました。こういうサービスも個人のお店ならではですね。
焼鳥は1本120円〜だったかな。物によってはサイズが小さいなぁと感じるものもありましたが、平均的、値段を考えると妥当なサイズ感かなと。ただし、焼き具合はGood。お肉は臭みがなく、美味しい。ヤゲンナンコツは塩味でしたが、軟骨のゴリゴリ感、たまらない。また、うす塩での味付けも良かった。タレの焼き物、タレの味はしっかり付いているのに、辛さやしつこさのないタレでこちらもまた美味しかった。全体的にお肉も柔らかく、満足。

This yakitori restaurant has downsized and is now a community-based restaurant with a focus on regulars. The atmosphere seems better than before. And maybe because there are so many regulars, everyone is following the dining etiquette during the COVID-19 pandemic, which I found very reassuring. Is this my third time here? The first time I came, I ordered a single item, and the second time, I ordered a course. And this is the first time since the reopening. I ordered a single item. When I ordered a course, I sometimes wondered about the quality of the food, but the first time I visited, and this time. It's delicious. There are no misses. The fried white shrimp and cartilage, recommended by the staff, were delicious as recommended. The sweetness of the white shrimp and the perfect amount of salt. This goes well with alcohol. The cartilage is also irresistible and has a chunky size. Also, the new potatoes in butter were fried crispy, and I felt that not only the yakitori but also Fried food were good. And when I saw the contents, I understood that they are particular about the appetizers. The takopon and minced cutlet were delicious.
