12年11月テレビ東京系アド街ック天国で紹介された羊と鹿の串焼きを出すお店。
放映後すぐ早い時間に行ったが、既に予約で一杯とのことで門前払い、ぶっきらぼうな店主だなと思って帰ってきた。
その後も訪れるが満員、私には縁のないお店だと思っていた。
駅前格安中華で盛り上がったらぁさんがなら是非行きましょう、と連れて行かれる。
幸いカウンターに空き席。
二人並んで座る、私は生ビール（510円+税）らぁさんはトマト割り（400円+税）で乾杯♪
お通しが一人二種、種類が違うので四種。推定単価500円。
らぁさんがラム串3種、エゾ鹿串3種おまかせで頼んでくれる。
盛り上がって語っているとお皿が届く。
ラム串バラ（300円+税）、ショルダー（280円+税）、タン（300円+税）
海藻を食べて育ったというアイスランドの羊。
たいてい南半球の羊を使う店が多く、この時期脂が多い。ここは北半球なので脂が少ない。そして臭みも全くない。
非常に柔らかく上品な串である。
おかわりは二人ともトマト割り。
ぶっきらぼうだと思っていた店主は人がいい。単に不器用だけだったみたいである。
エゾ鹿串が届く。契約ハンターから仕入れた肉。
散弾を使わず血抜きもよく考えて納品しているらしい。
バラ（300円+税）とハツ（300円+税）
高級フレンチで食べるエゾ鹿と何ら変わりがない優しい味。
エゾ鹿つくね（300円+税）がタレの海にのって出て来る。
癖がなく上品な味わい。
お代は4,850円、今日は本当に美味しかった。
この後家に帰って家族との食事のらぁさんに今日は急なお誘いにありがとうと言うと
まさかのもう一軒コール！（汗）
