本日のランチは小田急線成城学園前駅南口から徒歩1分程にある『横浜家系ラーメン武道家 龍』にて、マル特ラーメン（並）＋九条ネギ＋ライス（計1,100円）をいただきました。ライスは無料食べ放題です。カウンター全席に丸座布団がついており、座り具合も良くて、他にはない嬉しいアメニティです。
日曜日11時40分の訪問で、待ち無し、先客1名。GW期間の影響かは判りませんが、すごく空いていましたので、注文して、3分程で着丼。
家系最速記録です。
券売機で、並を押した時点で、既に麺のスタンバイしてましたかね？
マル特ラーメンは、海苔5枚、チャーシュー2枚、味玉1個、ほうれん草の構成。九条ネギは含まれていない為、今回はトッピングで追加しましたが、良い意味での世田谷盛りですかね。
スープは、醤油がかなり強めなあっさり&マイルド系豚骨です。飲みやすいので、今日も完飲。
マイルド系ですので、万人に好かれる味かと。
麺は酒井製麺の中太平打ち麺。少し短めなので、食べやすいです。
チャーシューは、少しレア感ありますが、柔らかくて食べやすかったです。
さて、現時点での個人的な武道家系6店舗のスープ濃度の並び順をつけてみますと、ご覧の通りとなりました。残すは早稲田本店のみ。
