Conveniently located just a minute's walk from Seijo Gakuenmae Station on the Odakyu Odawara Line! Teppan Cuisine 703 is Teppan-yaki run by a female owner, with a chic and stylish atmosphere. Teppan-y |
This Teppan-yaki restaurant is located a few minutes walk from the north exit of Seijo Gakuenmae Station. It is on the second floor of the building. There are counter seats around a large teppan, and table seats by the window and at the back. The name of the restaurant, 703, seems to be taken from the owner, Naomi. Since it is a Teppan-yaki restaurant, we ordered Okonomiyaki as a final dish. We ate our fill of seafood and A5-level meat for Teppan-yaki. Because of this, we were quite full by the time the final Okonomiyaki arrived. Okonomiyaki we had was "pork shabu-shabu-niku and egg yolk Okonomiyaki." The Okonomiyaki comes in two sizes: regular and half. This Okonomiyaki is a Kansai-style mixed okonomiyaki, with cabbage and bean sprouts as ingredients. A thin layer of shabu shabu pork is laid on top of the dough. Okonomiyaki is cooked slowly over a long period of time. This is why the pork is crispy. The finished Okonomiyaki is spread with sauce, then shabu shabu pork is placed on top, and sauce is poured over again. Finally, an egg yolk is placed in the middle, and bonito flakes, green seaweed, and spring onions are sprinkled on top to finish. The sweet sauce (homemade sauce based on Otafuku sauce) is very tasty. Okonomiyaki dough itself has a strong dashi flavor. The contrast between the crispy pork and the soft shabu shabu pork is good. However, it was a shame that Okonomiyaki was served on a plate. Of course, Teppan-yaki such as Steak are also very tasty. I felt that the value for money for Teppan-yaki was also quite high.
