祖師ヶ谷大蔵 栗天
住宅街の中にある静かなたたずまいの一軒家のお店です。
カウンターでの天ぷらをいただきました。
自分のご褒美ですね。
カウンターの他に席には、お祝い事で来店されているようなご家族やご近所のご夫婦などが座られていました。カウンターで揚げたての天ぷらをいただくのは、いいものですもんね。
いただいたのは、
・海老の手
・銀杏
・ほたて
・海老
・鱧
・あなご
・蓮根
・しいたけ
・泉州水ナス
・アオリイカ
・キス
どれも揚げたての天ぷらはおいしいものです。
職人さんが一つ一つ揚げてくれるのを近くで目にしながら、
揚げる時間も楽しめるのがいいですね。
最後に天丼とデザートで締めです。
天丼は天茶と選べますが、迷わず天丼にしました。
あー美味しかった。
