大将も歳が近そう。
だからお店が続く限り、死ぬまで通い続けるオアシスと思ってました。
今年からチャーシューが大幅に変更。
旨い豚バラのチャーシューを何故？？
でも新たなチャーシューを受け入れようと再訪。
流行りの低温真空調理チャーシュー+鶏胸肉。
今までのチャーシューに比べ完成度が高いと言えません。
前のチャーシューも選べるスタイルにして欲しい。
