うつわの半分を覆う大きいスライスチャーシューに目を奪われる一品。中太縮れ麺は弾き返しくる歯応えで見た目以上のボリューム感、スープは鶏出汁ですっきりした後味の残らないもの。チャーシューの下にサイコロ状の鶏チャーシューがゴロゴロ、穂先メンマがいっぱい、塩に合うカイワレが覗く。
醤油と塩の手打ちらーめんショップ。場所が良くないがけっこうな人気店、平日でも混んでいる。全ての具材に力を入れていて、煮玉子は誰でも頼む。替え玉180円、ライス110円。
