早くも地元で愛される中華屋に
今年の４月だったろうか、新規開店した中華屋さん。
以前はラーメン屋があった場所（豚珍麺とか曲者とか）。
商店街の少し奥まった場所にあり、場所としても条件はそこまで良い場所ではないような気がした。
ところが、しばらくすると地元の普通使いの中華屋さんに。
商店街の奥というのが、むしろ住宅街に近く便利なのかもしれない。
店内は、席数が少ない。一方で、車椅子可能な程トイレも広い。
地域柄、客層も年齢層が高いので、その点を考慮しているのも嬉しい。
ということで、冷し中華１０食目。
たれは、醤油ベースかゴマベースを選べる。当方は醤油ベース。
ゆで鶏・キュウリ・玉子・人参・もやし・白髪葱・メンマ・のり。あと、申し訳なさそうにプチトマト半分。
麺はボリウムがしっかり、スープは、酢の酸味がしっかりしているが決してしつこくない。
メンマは大きな塊で食べ応え十分。
ご馳走さまでした。

これも町中華徘徊なやつ。
コロナでずっと店を閉めていた。
やはり応援したく頻繁に訪れる。
ここは、肉、、、蒸し鶏系が美味い。
だから海南鶏飯も美味い。
冷しラーメンの叉焼も出来が良い
冷し中華は具材が豪華。量もしっかり。
冷し系に氷入れているのでスープが薄くなるのが微妙。
これは残念。せめてスープの氷にして欲しい。
