基本的に何を食べても美味しくて、日常使い出来るお店。
UVERでも注文出来るそうです。
兄の家から近いのでこちらで食事をするのは2回目ですが、ふらっと歩いて行ける距離にこんなお店があるのは羨ましいな〜
鴨の燻製も絶品° ✧ (*´ `*) ✧ °
お野菜は自家菜園で作られている物がほとんどで、味付けはシンプルでもフレッシュな美味しさがあります。
赤身肉が好きな私にとって、あか牛はかなり好みです。
アメリカのプライムビーフとは違って、和牛特有の鼻に抜ける時のいい香りもあり、脂が少ないのに柔らかく、それでいて噛みごたえもある理想の牛肉かも。
白トリュフを削っている時の香りもシアワセ〜
お1人で調理されているので、少し待つことはあるかもしれませんが、基本的には手早く提供してくださいます。
気取らずに普通に美味しいものが食べたい時におすすめのお店です。
