祖師ヶ谷大蔵でイタリアンランチ。
手打ちパスタが食べられます。
ランチは前菜、パスタ、パン、飲み物(ワイン可）の1500円から。
祖師ヶ谷価格としては、ちょっとお高め。
内容から見ると、妥当です。
この日は赤ワインをいただきながら、このパスタセットです。
前菜のリエットやチーズムースも良いのですが、それを乗せたカリカリの薄いパンがこれまた美味しいのです。
カルチョーフィ(アーティチョーク）のキッシュもなかなか。
パスタは数種類の中から選べます。
イノシシの赤ワインとラディッキオラグーソースのタリアテッレにしました。
なるほど、生パスタがとても良いです。
大ぶりのお肉がゴロゴロ。
ボリュームもありますね。
ワインは可もなく不可もないです。
ひとりでお料理を作っているので、注文が集中すると、ちょっと時間がかかるかもしれません。
ゆっくり楽しみたいレベルのお料理なので、時間の余裕のある時にどうぞ！
