この日はちょっとど忘れしたが、
なんかの用事で喜多見駅に
喜多見なら箱根そば食べたいと思ったが、
コロナウイルスの影響でしばらくお休みのよう。。。
ということで歩きますが、
選べるほどお店はありません。。。
じゃあまり印象が良くない喜多見家へ
喜多見家はできたばかりの頃に一度行ったが
あまりにおいしくなくてびっくりして、
一応完食はしましたが、
二度と食べに行かないと決めていたお店です。
確か2014年あたりだったと思います。
そして久しぶりに入店
券売機でネギラーメンを購入
チケットを渡すと、
18時前なのでご飯が無料なのでいただくことに
確かにご飯に少しスープを入れて、
海苔を付けてコチュジャンつけると
おいしく食べれます。
玉ねぎ入れ放題は家系では珍しいのかな
私はスープが熱い場合は冷ますために入れます。
そして配膳
味がしっかりしていて、
普通の家系ラーメンになっていました。
これでようやく普通の家系ラーメンになったと思います。
これでも十分にお客は食べると思います。
前のイメージは払拭できました。
