我が家の近所や最寄り駅前には、横浜家系ラーメン店が無く、隣駅まで行かないと家系ラーメンは食べられないという…横浜出身の私にはちょっと寂しい土地柄です。
隣駅の家系ラーメン屋が定休日という事で、途方にくれていたら、隣の喜多見にも家系ラーメンがあるじゃないですか！
という事で早速、喜多見家さんへ。
店内に入ると、先客がテーブル席にて待っていて、私の後にも、お客が待っている状況。
左隣の券売機にて食券(ラーメン(￥750)、麺大盛(¥100)、海苔増し(¥100))を購入。
カウンターに案内され、お好みは普通で、待つ事5分。。。着丼。
王道の家系ラーメンの雰囲気！
では、早速スープから飲んでみると、家系の白濁スープ。
麺は太麺でスープに合う♪
食べ進めて、味変に白ごま、ニンニク、しょうが、豆板醤を投入。
無料のライスは、海苔と共に美味しくいただきました。
スープまで飲み干してしまいました。
また是非、行きたいと思います。
