日曜の13時半頃入店。
店内は、ほぼ満席で1席だけ空席あり。
入口入って左側に券売機があります。
今回、喜多見スペシャル(¥970)の並盛の食券を購入。
カウンター席に案内されて、食券を渡し、(油の量、味の濃さ、麺の固さに対して)普通と答えると「ライス無料ですが、いかがですか？」と。
今どき、終日ライス無料って珍しいですよ。
待つ事、7分程度で着丼。
初めてだけと、なかなかボリューミーなラーメン。
一口食べてみると、クリーミーなとんこつタイプ。
他の客は、味濃い目にしたり、油多めにしたりしていましたが、俺には普通で良かったと思います。
卓上トッピングにニンニク、ショウガ、コショウ、お酢、ゴマ、豆板醤等が置いてあるので、今回はニンニク、ショウガ、豆板醤で味変し、6割程度食べてから、お酢、ゴマを投入。
美味しくいただきました。
