この日はかなり久々にウォーキング。
ジムへ行ったり走ったりする必要がないほど
普通に働いてるだけで体形が維持できる
環境の職場にここ三年ほどいたのですが
最近退職しゴロゴロしてたらとたんに増量(-_-;)
それで運動を再開したわけです。
我家から祖師谷大蔵あたりを目指しての
１０ｋｍぐらいのウォーキング。
終了後は温泉がある銭湯に入ってその後
どこかで一杯の目論見。
祖師ヶ谷大蔵に着き銭湯へ行ったら
何と臨時休業Σ(‾ロ‾lll)ガーン
呑みだけで帰る事にしました。
１５時ぐらいで半端な時間。
呑めそうなお店・・・と探していて目についた
「やきとり家すみれ」さん。
ハッピーアワーでビームハイボール５０円
角ハイボール９０円につられ入店。
先客はなしで入口近くの席に案内されました。
ビールも３００円ぐらいで安かったと思います。
唐揚げは２つでしたがそれぞれ食感が
異なっていたのでももとむねかもしれません。
どちらも悪くないけどやはりももが美味しい。
焼鳥は３本の盛り合わせを注文しましたが
内訳はむね、ねぎま、ひなとろでした。
すみれ家さんの焼鳥は安くないけど
味は間違いないですね。
今回のようにハッピーアワー利用で
お酒を安く済ませることができれば
利用しやすいチェーンのような気がします。
お会計は１９８２円。
