Umenohana Kaiseki This is a kaiseki course based on tofu/yuba, and there are about 14 dishes including dessert. The Mineoka tofu to start with seems to have fresh cream in it, so it's mellow and very rich. From dishes that enjoy the ingredients as they are, such as sashimi of yuba, to dishes with a little twist, such as deep-fried dishes and gratin dishes. Personally, I enjoyed the crunchy lotus root manju, served with yuba (yuba) as a supporting role and wasabi in the sauce. The interior of the store and the service were also great.
