喜多見駅より少し歩きます
住宅街の様なところをあるいていて見つけました
ランチ時、3種類のランチメニューから麻婆豆腐を注文しました
唐辛子マークが3つ 激辛？
と思いきや調整できるとの事で少し控えめでお願いしました
まず前菜の3種盛り
あさりの煮つけ、豚の甘辛煮、干し豆腐の和え物
スープにザーサイと街の中華料理屋さんとは思えないランチ構成です
麻婆豆腐は熱々のぐつぐつの状態で供されます
レンゲですくい冷ましながら頂きます
何時も食べている麻婆豆腐とは根本から違う、美味です
粗びきのひき肉に豆腐がごろんごろんと入っている
辛さは調整してもらったが、麻婆豆腐なのでもう少し辛くても良かったかも
思ったより山椒の風味は少ない
そして、ごはんが若干足りない
もう一杯欲しい所です
最後にデザートまでついて終了
コスパは相当に高いと思われます
点心もやっているようです
次回の楽しみです
