こちらは"アド街ック天国"で紹介されたお店。かつて二子玉川にあったミシュランビブグルマン獲得店『テラウチ(イタリアン)』が移転・業態変更してできたお店とのことで期待が高まります。
そしてその期待を超える逸品が『地鶏の炭火焼き』。弾力ある肉質と閉じ込められた旨みに驚きました。火入れの技術が素晴らしいのでしょうね♪
