もう何度も通っており、ほぼ全メニューを制覇したまである。何故ならば他にも美味しいメニューがある筈だと挑戦して来たからだ。
不思議な事に海鮮餡掛け焼そばは日本一と言い切れるほど旨い。海老や烏賊の他にキクラゲを含むタップリの野菜と大量の小柱が味の基幹。
カラシも摺り切り一杯に詰められたガラスの小瓶で供されて付け放題。麻婆豆腐小鉢と杏仁豆腐が漏れなくセットで出される。本当に一口一口が美味しくて眉間に皺が寄るほどの出来栄え。
テイクアウトでも何度も買って来た。
ただし、どう言う訳か他のメニューに手を出すとそのギャップに驚く。
謎が謎を呼ぶ伝説の逸品。
海鮮餡掛け焼そばだけは金メダル級の旨さです❗️
