小田急線・祖師ヶ谷大蔵駅の北口を出て、まっすぐに商店街を歩くこと約10分。"スペシャルティーコーヒーを、 特別ではなく日常へ"を理念に掲げる素晴らしいお店がありました。
三田に1号店、市ヶ谷と日本橋にも同名店を展開しているようです。
訪れた際は焙煎の真っ最中。「かっこいい焙煎機だなぁ」と思っていたら、焙煎世界大会の公式焙煎機とのこと。
香りと果実の爽やかさを感じる『ハンドドリップ』と、もっちり生地の『あんバターサンド』の組み合わせをオーダーしましたが、これが抜群でした！
