お洒落なカレーショップに訪問です♪
平日の昼下がり、落ち着いた雰囲気で
憧れてしまうカレーショップですね。
■ 欧風カレー チキン＋あいがけキーマカレー
まず自家製ドレッシングが美味しい♪
サラダの見栄えも美しく良いですね。
お野菜が冷た過ぎないのもポイント！
じっくり煮込んだ美桜鶏のブイヨンが
ベースでまろやか仕上げの中辛らしく
トマトでしょうか？甘酸っぱさ感じる
上品で美味い欧風カレーという印象。
鶏モモ肉はハーブと煮込んだらしくて
柔らかくヘルシーな感じの鶏肉です。
あいがけ追加注文だとキーマカレーと
温泉卵がプラスされてオススメです。
キーマは香味野菜ペースト、出汁等で
国産豚ひき肉と少し刺激のある辛さ。
混ぜて食べても美味しい、ピクルスも
節々のリセットに良い存在感ですね。
ドラマに出そうな素敵なお店ですし、
お店の方も凄く温かい接客で大満足♪
次はソーセージ、休み中のスペアリの
カレー等も食べてみたいと思います。
