この界隈に詳しい方々から、
鶏千とゴホウビダイナーの間に、
おにぎり屋オープンと連絡。
オープン間もない頃、
前を通ったが開く気配なし。
後で店のTwitterで
オープン間もないドタバタで
臨時休業していたことを知る。
これは少し落ち着くまで待った方がよかろうと、
10日ほど空けてから行ってみる。
ここは本店が大阪阿倍野区西田辺。
昔その辺りに友達がいて、
下町な住宅地であることを知っている。
その2号店がいきなりこの祖師ヶ谷大蔵の地。
なんで？
と思ったが、
出かけてみて納得。
店前に自転車のおばちゃんが陣取って、
おにぎりを買いつつ、
お店のスタッフと話し込んでいる。
西田辺と祖師ヶ谷大蔵の民度が似ているのだｗ
おばちゃんがようやく帰った後、
「昆布むすび」（150円）
をテイクアウト。
現金と引き換え、
紙袋を受け取る。
ラップで包んだ小ぶりのおにぎり。
なるほど、
混ぜご飯の好きな大阪、
このおにぎりも昆布の混ぜご飯になっている。
東京向けか、少し濃い目の味付け。
巻いた海苔が少し甘め、
あぁこれも大阪風で味付け海苔か。
焼き海苔が好きな東京の人にウケるかどうか。
アレンジを加えながら頑張ってもらいたい。
