Ryoで大人気のメニューが合体、生姜焼きも唐揚げも、ごうのめし登場
22年間続いた家庭料理のRyoが火災で閉店。2021年8月21日場所を変え、息子さん夫婦の店としてオープンです。店の雰囲気はすっかり様変わりしましたが、メニューは迷ったときにしょうが焼きに一番人気の唐揚げやサバの味噌煮やサバの塩焼き、豚キムチ定食等変わらぬメニューと外看板の店名変わってもRyoのまま、いいですね。
新たなメニューとしてはしょうが焼きとからあげのセットになった"ごうのめし"が定食に登場。ちょっと高めの1200円ですが、ガッツリ食べたい方にはピッタリのメニュー。
ちょっと濃いめの味付けのしょうが焼き、ガツンときます。大きな唐揚げは柔らかでサクサク。塩をつけいただく唐揚げはとても美味しいです。ジュワジュワ鶏肉のジューシーさ、それでいてこのサクサク感は溜まりません。
カレーライス600円、アジフライ750円、からあげとサバの塩焼き850円、からあげとアジフライのミックス定食850円とリーズナブルでボリュームたっぷり。家庭料理がズラリ。何度訪れても飽きない内容です。テイクアウトもありますし、近隣の配達もあります。
接客もとてもいいですね。

かつては日大商学部の近くにあったRyoの店が焼失。場所を代え息子さんが"ごうのめし"としてスタートした食事処。家族経営でアットホームな感じがいいですね。
Ryoから揚げと生姜焼きがお気に入りです。こちらも人気メニューは引き継がれています。いただいたのはから揚げとレバーフライの定食。お値段850円。
大きなから揚げにこれまた大きなレバーフライ。レバーは塩でいただきます。マヨネーズも付いてますのでから揚げに付けても良いかと思います。
サクッとした表面、そしてとても柔らかな鶏肉、ジュージーで肉汁が飛び出ます。美味しいから揚げです。ボリューム満点。レバーも柔らか臭みなくとても美味しいです。
ご飯も味噌汁も美味しくいただきました。
夜もやっておりいいのですが、土日定休日なのが残念。
