祖師ヶ谷大蔵にございます『鶯屋』さんへお伺いさせて頂きました！
お店の前を良く通りずっと前から気になっており、なかなか行けずにおりましたが、ようやくお伺いさせて頂きました。
(お店の前を通る時はだいたい腹パンでした)
小田急線祖師ヶ谷大蔵駅前にありアクセス抜群でございます！
週末午後２時過ぎにお伺いさせて頂きましたが
先客様は２名様でいらしたので、すぐにお席へとご案内して頂きました！
綺麗な清潔感溢れる店内です！
今回頂きましたもの！
・特製醤油らーめん ￥1300
・土鍋ご飯ローストポーク ￥550
『特製醤油らーめん』
丁寧に盛り付けられ麺線も美しく綺麗な見た目でございます！
醤油のキリっとしたコクにあっさりながらも深い旨味のある魚介淡麗系スープです！
全粒粉入りの低加水のパツパツ系の中細ストレート麺が良く絡み美味しく麺の風味も硬さもかなり好みの感じでございました！
低温調理のもも肉、バラ肉２種類のチャーシューや存在感のある太めのメンマ、味玉どれも美味しい正統派の醤油らーめんでございまた。
『土鍋ご飯ローストポーク』
低温調理のローストポークは非常に柔らかく甘めのタレにマイルドな卵黄、山葵の香りが美味しいご飯でございました！
正統派淡麗系の美味しい醤油らーめんでした！
どーしてもこの日は醤油らーめんの気分でしたが、お店のオススメは塩らーめんなので次回は塩らーめんを頂かせてもらおうと思います！
