以前から気になっていた鶯屋に訪問。
夜19:00頃すぐに入店できました。
今回特製つけめんを注文。
1,500円という高価格帯ながらも、気配りされているスタッフの方、綺麗な店内、食器や御盆もそれなりの質で提供されているので納得です。
こちらのスープはアッサリしており、スープだけでも麺を潜らせてもすごく箸が進むものでした！
入っているワンタン２つも味付けが強く食べ応えがありました。
また味変の蕎麦猪口がついているのも一工夫あり、拉麺でありながら蕎麦の楽しみ方も取り入れられており飽きずに最後までいただくことができました。
とても豪華でしたが女性の私には具材全部のせは量が多かったので、次回の訪問では、通常のつけ麺にトライしてみたいと思います。
