お昼前に訪問。とてもきれいな店内で、これから混みそうな雰囲気である。塩ラーメンの食券を買い数分待つ。まず、ラーメンの見た目がきれい。スープが透き通っていて、色鮮やかなところがよい。スープはとても美味しい。全く雑味がなく、出汁の香りと味に良き按配で塩が入っている。麺は全粒粉で香りがよい。個人的には麺と絡めるともう少しスープは濃い方が好きであるが、このままでも美味しい。次は醤油にチャレンジしたい。
