まず、目の前に出て来たお姿に圧倒
金箔までかかっていて、ゴージャス感すごすぎです
上から下までの層の構成がまたとても美しい
上の段から杏仁アイス、ヨーグルトソルベまでなんとかスプーンを潜り込ませて頂きます。
とても爽やかな香りとお味が広がります
中段のフルーツの層から下段のジュレの層に行くと、また全然違った味わいを見せてくれます。
マスカルポーネと杏仁アイスの相性が最高!!
そして、もう何がどう一緒になってるのかもうよくわかんなくなってきて、でもとにかくおいしー
最下段のオレンジマーマレードが出てきたら、また驚きの変化が!!
最後の最後まで、ずっと愉しませてくれる至福のパフェです!!
カモミールシトラスは、とても華やかで且つまろやかなお味!
せとかのパフェと相性良いかも
またノリタケの大振りのポットで頂けるので、パフェを食べた後もたっぷりゆっくり愉しむことができます。

今回、テラス席を予約していたのですが、雨模様だったので店内のお席に替えてもらいました。
たまたま予約が入っていなかったので、変えてもらえてラッキー!!
