最近パスタにハマってまして。評判を聞いて行ってみました。
古いビルにあるイタリアン。
土曜の昼3人待ち。
居心地良いカウンター。
あさりとしめじに生いかトッピング。期待込めて大盛りにします。ウニやたらこも気になりますが、あさりが基本と思われ選択。
太めのパスタの茹で上げなので時間はかかる。
おお！モチモチなパスタの美味さに悶絶。アルデンテなんて理論は要らないと思ってしまう。
ここはペースが浅利ソースでトロトロなのでパスタに絡む。浅利出汁が美味いですねー。
むき身の浅利、イカ沢山。さらに海苔沢山。
大盛り余裕で完食です。
次は雲丹ですかね。
