一度行ってみたいと思っていたモーゼさん。前にも一度来たのですが、お店の休憩時間に入ってしまった後で断念。食べれなかったので、期待をも膨らんでの再訪でした。
並んだのは10分程度。その間にメニューをみて「アサリ」なのか「明太子」なのか「ウニ」で悩みました。パスタの軸をウニで決めたら、もうおすすめって書いてあるのをAセットにして注文。
ウニって1350円で食べれるものなの？って疑問に思っていたけど、レジ横にしっかりお家での作り方が貼ってあって、ペーストなのがわかり納得。
オニオンスープはバターが入ったスープなのかな？って思うくらいコンソメスープの中に、大切り玉ねぎが甘く感じられて旨かったです。
サラダのドレッシングもパスタも全般で油を多くつかっているのが印象的。スープもバターではなかったのかも…油分を多く感じられて、おじさんにはちょっともたれるかなぁ。
次来ることあったら、アサリのパスタいってみようと思います。
