東中野でオム&オムった河井、
まだ、空きがあるなあ(￣▽￣)
で、十番でサーティーライスでも、、
と思ったんだけれども、
やってなかった( ；´Д｀)
カレーリーフもやってないかあ(´༎ຶོρ༎ຶོ`)
と、なんだか厳めしい看板が見える。
「韓国傳統民族料理元祖」・・・
うむ、なんか、良さげな印象。
本格的なのいただけそう。
で、フラフラとこちらへ入ったのでした。
13:00訪店。
中程の2人掛けテーブル席へと促されて座り、メニューを眺めます。
久々にビビンバにしようか、と思ったんだけど、
なんか見知らぬ奴がおる・・・
「ウゴジクッパ（1000円）」を
「ライス大盛り（無料）」でオーダー。
カウンター席は無くテーブル席のみ。
奥には小上がりが見えます。
客は6割くらいの入りで、
なんとなく韓国の方が多いような印象。
ウゴジ・・・
調べてみたんだけれど、
白菜の外側の青い部分の事、
もしくは冷凍した白菜の事らしい。
ふむ。
13分で竣工。
ははは、、

お、さっぱり。
とろとろに煮込まれた白菜！！
これがウゴジとやらか。
きっと、冷凍されているんだろうな。
だから、トロトロなのだろう。
具は他に豆もやし、ゼンマイ、
あら、肉も入ってるな。
豆もやし、ってのがいいねえ。
この食感がとっても良いアクセントとなってくれます。
ライスの炊き上がりも悪く無い、ここ大事。
一気に完食。
うむ、派手さは無いけれど、なんか落ち着く味。
「傳統民族料理元祖」ってこういうのなのか、なるほど。
こういうのはね、20年後に大事になってくるもんだよ。
こういう素朴に美味しい、昔ながらの、
でもインパクトが弱い料理を省みずに切り捨ててしまうと、
後々になって韓国料理自体が薄っぺらいものになってしまう様に思うんだな。
