東京都落合駅から徒歩3分のSoba Cafe 輝（ひかり）にて三色そば950円。10年ちょい前に居抜きでオープンした越前そばの店です。ご年配のご夫婦がやられているのでご主人が定年後か脱サラで始められたのだと思います。オープン当初以来久しぶりに入ってみました。
13時過ぎ入店で先客ナシで後客1名、入店時に女将さんがソファーに座りテレビを見ていて、なんか田舎の親戚の老夫婦の家に行った時のような雰囲気です。（笑）
注文後10分程で料理が到着、おろしそば、とろろそば、もりそばのセットとなります。麺は細めで縮れが強く色黒で田舎そば風、麺の長さ自体は短いです。
そばツユは若干甘めですが丁度いい濃さ、たまに食べるにはいい店です、ご馳走様でした！
