フォアグラとカラメルのムース
ビーツのムース
プレートを見てすぐに味が想像できないところがフレンチの楽しさ。
「甘＆塩」のマリーアージュはお酒が進んで次への期待が膨らみます。

オマール海老のプレート
半分だけボイルしたオマールのぷりぷり具合が絶妙で、しかもたっぷり！伊勢エビソースもしっかり味が付いていて付け合わせの野菜までエビとともに楽しめました。これはお代わりしたいくらい美味！
北海道牛のグリル
なんて華やかなプレート！
見た目かわいい肉料理、手を着けるのがもったいないくらいでした
同行者のプレートは飾ってあるお花の色が違っていて、それだけでも盛り上がっちゃいます。
プリっとした歯ごたえのあるシャンピニオンとお腹にたまるまでは敷かない控えめなピュレも歯触りが良かったです。
デザートは軽めにジェラートとカフェで。
でもマカロンや生チョコ、ミニマドレーヌもついてて結局盛りだくさん
パンも一つ一つ料理に合わせて違う種類をサーブしてもらいました
ワインは3人で行ったのでボトルを開けましたが、3種類説明があって、それぞれ事前にお値段を伝えていただけたこともうれしかったです。
（ほかのお店は 選んだ後にお値段を伝えられたり、聞かないと教えてもらえなかったりがよくあるので…ちょっとどきどきする）

このＣＰ素晴らしい！
東中野はちょっと行きづらいと思っていたけれど、新宿から5分、大江戸線も通ってるので結果オーライ。5分足を延ばしただけで、新宿や渋谷よりもはるかに高いCPならば、断然しっぽり落ち着くここを選んで間違いなしです。
シェフは長い間ヴェルサイユのレストランで修行を積んでこられたとか。
なのに気取りすぎずリラックスしてご飯が楽しめる雰囲気。
フレンチの雰囲気が苦手だなという人にこそ行ってほしい東京の隠れた本場の名店です。
