中野時代の店舗と合わせると10周年。
随分と久しぶりの訪問となってしまいました。
食べログのページからもよくわかるように店主の想いや一生懸命さが滲み出ている。
東中野西口、目の前に、ドーンと目立つ看板。
いきなりステーキをものともしない。
一階にはまた、綺麗なメニュー表が置いてある。
三階までエレベーターで上がると、コロナウイルス対策看板がドーン！！めちゃくちゃ徹底してる。ここまでやっている店があるだろうか？
店内はなんと満席www
大盛況でびっくりしました。
有名人もめちゃくちゃきてるしすっかり人気店ですね！
私が通していただいた席は、掘りごたつの畳。
いいですね〜、一番奥は半個室を感じられ落ち着きそう！トイレで手を洗いにいくと、焼肉屋さんとは思えない綺麗さ。もうここまで全てパーフェクトさすがです（拍手）
席につくと調味料ずらっと、サービス精神旺盛。
メニュー表もかなりカッコイイ。
目的はやはり、極タン元。
ここのタンはどこのタンよりも旨い。
相変わらずの肉厚で、4枚ものっている。
ロースターで表面が少しカリッとなるまで焼くのが好きだ。
歯でなんなく噛み切ることができ、タンの旨味がグッと押し寄せてくる。サクッとした食感もまた良い。これは絶対に外せない一品です。
シンシン
見た目もキラキラ美しい。
こちらは旦那も大絶賛、5年前が蘇ってきた。
ユッケジャン麺
これは見た目からもう美味しそう。
メンマがかなり柔らかくなるまで煮込まれている、具だくさん。初め麺が冷麺？かと思いガッカリしてたのですが違う！なにこれもちもちの極み麺！めちゃくちゃ美味しかったです。
椎茸やらお肉やらぜんまいもやしやら具沢山で大満足の一品。
レバー、極ホルモン、ギャラ
2人じゃ食べきれないので全てハーフにして欲しいとかなりの我が儘も聞いてくれました( ；∀；)
レバーは私の好きな部位、めずらしく塩でいただく。うま、タレより旨いかもしれん。
極ホルモン、味がしっかりついていて脂身もさすがおいしい。
ギャラ大振りで、横着して歯で千切ろうとしたら思いっきりシャツにぶちまけたwハサミもあったのに...気を取り直して、ギャラもめちゃ美味しく、いつまで噛み続けていても味がずっとする。ずっと噛める。
石焼きビビンバ
ちょっと食べたくなってしまい、久しぶりにオーダー。これは普通に美味しい。
お兄さんが綺麗におこげを作ってくれた。
わかめスープ付きですが、ビッグなサイズでサービス精神◎
お店の規模に対しものすごいスタッフの数でしたが、接客が十分に行き届くようにとの想いなのかな〜と思います。
店主のお店への愛やお客様への愛がものすごく伝わってくるお店です。
そしてコスパ、ヤバすぎです！！！
