東京/東中野にある行列のできるイタリア料理店。
こちらのパスタ目当てに平日でも行列ができています。
ランチタイムはパスタメインの提供となっており、
今回は『ウニと明太子（1,310円）』＋特盛（240円）をチョイス。
また、好みに応じてサラダセットなどもつけられます。
嬉しいことにアイスコーヒーがサービスだそうです。
15分程度待っているとパスタが登場。
ウニと明太子の香りがしっかりと香ってきます。
早速いただいてみるパスタの麺はモッチモチの食感。
そこに絡み合う具材のバランスが素晴らしい。
これは、行列ができるのも納得の味でした。
どのメニューも素晴らしいと思うので、
