蕎麦打ち姿を眺めながら手繰る格別の味わい
季節の肴で一杯やって蕎麦で〆る中野の名店 |
ランチ。そば御膳。お蕎麦と天ぷら、小鉢、ご飯のセット。お蕎麦は温冷選べます。
この日の小鉢はだし巻き卵。水っぽいのだけど素朴で美味しい卵。不思議。これも魔法かな。
ご飯は牛蒡の炊き込み。大好きなヤツぅ〜。チマキっぽいもっちり感。好き。
天ぷらはベビーコーンとお茄子と茗荷。近くの人の天ぷらはインゲンとかキノコみたいな天ぷらだったので（失礼な覗き見を許したまえ）数量により変動ありかも。それはそれで何が来るかワクワクしちゃうからヨシ。
お蕎麦は硬めで噛みごたえがしっかりあります。もちろん美味しい。
支払いは現金のみ。ここ要注意です！
ご馳走様でした。と、お店を出たらそば御膳売り切れ！あっぶねー、ギリギリでした。
