土曜日の夜に伺いました。
前日に予約をしましたが、私の予約でいっぱいになったそう。
シェフが1人で作られているそうで、初回の注文でドリンク、前菜〜メインまで全て頼む必要があります。
後からの追加はとても時間がかかる、とのことでした。
愛想がいい接客ではなかったのでちょっと緊張しましたが、途中途中「美味しかったですか？」など聞いてくれて普通に良い方でした。
注文したものはとてもスムーズに提供され、全然待つことはありませんでした。
レバーパテ
レバーパテがバケットにたーっぷり乗ったとっても贅沢な一品。
塩気がちょっと強かったですが、滑らかでこってりとしたレバーパテはちびちび食べながら飲みたい美味しさ。
魚介のサラダ
サラダというよりたっぷり魚介のマリネです。ホタテ、イカ、タコ、エビなど魚介がゴロゴロ。冷たいバジルのソースが最高に美味しくてスプーンでくすってしまいました…！いやー！美味しい！
カニクリームのリゾット
安定のカニクリーム。蟹の身もほぐしながらいただけます。お米は芯は感じず。
生ハムポルチーニフェットチーネ
生ハムは塩気が強め。ポルチーニ茸はプルップル！
私的には生ハムは生ハムで、優しい味わいのポルチーニ茸のクリームパスタはそれ単体でいただくのが好みでした。
ボリュームがあってこの時点でお腹いっぱい！
ワインはハウスワインの白をデカンタで注文しましたが、割と普通な印象でした。
2人でいただいて計10,600円。
このクオリティを考えるとかなりの高コスパ。
