中野の丸子亭。
ブロードウェイの2階にあり、本物の自然薯を出す百名店。
中野にはまだまだ名店が隠れていやがる。
新規開拓せずに五丁目ハウス、陸蒸気、マグロマートあたりで食べまわるにはまだ早い、そう言われた気がした。
ブロードウェイ入ってすぐのエスカレーターに乗り、3階へ。
2階だと思ってたから軽く迷ったが、近くの階段降りてすぐの所にあります。
昼しかやってないので注意。
店の佇まいは古き良き田舎。
ノスタルジックな店内にはテキパキ動くパートのお姉さん方と熟練の腕を思わせる店主のおじいちゃん。
行った頃には閉店間際、ただ満席。
色んなメニューがあったが、1番有名で好きなもんしか入ってないごちゃ混ぜ丼。
まず、自然薯に納豆、卵、マグロ、海苔ぶち込んで混ぜ、麦飯と共にかっ込む料理がまじい訳がない。
とろとろ、そしてネバネバ、具材全てに無駄がなく、相乗効果が織りなす味のハーモニーはハンパない。
口の中一杯に甘塩っぱい旨みとコクが広がる。
めちゃくちゃ美味い。
そして丁寧に作られた透き通るけんちん汁、こいつも美味い。
自然薯大好き、あつあつご飯に納豆かけて食べるのが大好き、卵かけご飯大好きな人間は是非食べるべき。
再訪決定のいいお店に出会えました。
