本日のパスタ 1200円 サラダ付き
マルゲリータピザ 1100円
中野サンモール商店街アーケードから少し入った場所。
イタリア国旗が目印です。
この日は珍しくお客様と同行でお邪魔しました。
パスタが食べたいとの事で軽く検索されてお互い初訪です。
店先のイーゼル看板に日替わりパスタメニューがありましたのでそちらを。
2人シェアでマルゲリータピザを。
アーリオオーリオベースのパスタは生パスタです。
具材はチキンとトマトと九条ネギ。
シンプルな味わいなので素材の旨みが活かされますね。
マルゲリータピザは秀逸！
店に入って直ぐ左手にピザ窯がありましたので焼きたて！生地もモチモチ！
乾燥バジルを散りばめているので香ばしさも良いですね。
総じて手抜きの無い、それでいて普段使いもできるお店でした。
