中野の焼肉屋さんに行ってきました。
店内は昔ながらの焼き肉屋さんって言う感じでした。
(自分が大好きな雰囲気です)
今回いただいたのは以下です。

厚切り上タン塩 1790
→いつものように裏表をじっくり焼いていただきました。カリッとしていても噛むとジューシーな肉汁が出て美味しかったです。
ハツ刺し 760
→タレがかかってて生姜でいただきました。新鮮でドロッとして口の中でとろける感じでした。
牛赤身のローストユッケ 1100
→馬肉のユッケが無かったので(次回の宿題)こちらにしました。
ユッケは必ず頼んでしまいますが、こちらも玉子に絡めて美味しくいただきました。
チョレギサラダ 760
→量的には二名分くらいです。お肉を食べる時には脇役としてかかせないです。
本日の特選三点盛り 2090
→希少部位のザブトン、ササミ、ミスジでした。
サラッとレアでいただきましたが、どれもタレに凄く合ってライスがどんどん進みました。
ライス 300
豚トロ 790
→タン同様裏しっかり焼いてお店特製の青唐酢ダレでいただきました。
青唐辛子が入ってるのですがお酢とのコラボでちょうど良い辛さになっており豚トロにピッタリでした。
納豆スンドゥプラーメン 1200
→〆でいただきましたが、量的には二名分くらいで納豆が味を柔らかくしている感じで程よい辛味で美味しかったです。
昔ながらの雰囲気、美味しいお肉をいただき満腹になって大満足です。
ランチもやってるようなので、また行きたいと思います。
