エビ、イカ、アサリのオリジナルボンゴレ
ガッツとニンニクが効いて魚介の旨味がたっぷりのオリジナルボンゴレは一度食べるとクセになります。
タパス風とだけあり似せて作ることはできてもお店の味にはなかなか難しい味な気がします。
ニッチェの江上さんが10年前に働いていたそうでブログでタパス風スパゲッティを再現していましたがレシピは企業秘密㊙︎なようです。
