restaurant went up the stairs to the second floor. Nakano has a lot of this pattern, and I feel like there are a lot of delicious restaurants. I went up the stairs again today. Tapas & tapas. The sesame oil smells great, as written in the special section! I ordered a large serving of cacio e pepe with bacon and cabbage (1,100 yen) (plus 200 yen) and a lunch salad (200 yen)! Cacio e pepe is the original form of carbonara, and it seems to mean cheese and pepper... but this is not carbonara, it's peperoncino. There is no sesame oil smell. It's flavored with soy sauce and chili pepper. There's pepper, but no cheese? I personally find the thin pasta disappointing. It's inconvenient that you have to get up to get water. It's not bad. But it's not delicious! I didn't think it was delicious either. 3 stars!
